1. The Service

KURDACT is a platform where actors publish profiles and producers, directors and casting professionals discover talent and post casting calls.

2. Account and Eligibility

You must provide accurate, up-to-date information. Users under 18 may join with parental/guardian consent. You are responsible for your account security.

3. Content and Rights

You confirm you own or have the necessary rights to the photos, showreels and text you upload.

Your content remains yours; by publishing it you grant the permission needed to display it on the platform.

4. Prohibited Conduct

Creating fake profiles, using someone else's identity/content without permission, harassment, discrimination, misleading calls and abusing the platform are prohibited.

You may not use casting/messaging features for unsolicited messages (spam).

5. Limitation of Liability

The platform is not a party to communications or agreements between users; users are responsible for the content of calls, applications and messages.

6. Termination and Changes

We may suspend or close accounts that violate these terms. We may update these terms from time to time; the current version is published on this page.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye.
