Account: email, full name, account type (actor/casting), organization name if any.

Actor profile: headshot and gallery photos, stage name, tagline, bio, city/country, birth year, gender, height, weight, eye/hair color, languages, skills, showreel link, and any contact details you choose to share (phone, email, Instagram, website).

Filmography, casting calls and applications you make to roles (including notes), favorites, and in-platform messages.

Technical: session and language-preference cookies.

3. Purposes and Legal Bases

Publishing your profile and enabling casting professionals to discover you (your explicit consent).

Providing membership, authentication, call–application matching and messaging (performance of a contract).

Platform security, abuse prevention and service improvement (legitimate interest).

4. Data Transfers

Data is processed and stored on our hosting, database, storage and authentication provider Supabase (EU — Frankfurt / eu-central-1).

Important: a profile you mark as “published” — including photos, credits and the contact details you choose to share — is publicly visible on the internet. Unpublishing makes it private again.

5. Retention and Deletion

We keep your data while your account is active. When you delete your account, your profile, credits, applications, messages and favorites are deleted accordingly.

7. Cookies

Profiles for actors under 18 must be created with the consent of a parent/legal guardian. Inappropriate content is removed.
